This 4 bedroom three bath home has it all. It is a 70's rancher that just underwent a $100,000 dollar renovation. Everything is brand new. It has an amazing, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, recessed lighting, and a big breakfast bar. The home has two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both of the master suite baths have cascade body showers and granite vessel sinks, One of the master bedrooms has a 8x14 walk in closet. Both Master bedrooms have amazingly comfortable king sized beds. Each bedroom has its own 39 inch smart TV with Direct TV or NetFlix. The other two bedrooms feature queen sized beds with flat screens. All bedrooms have new high count linens. There is a third bathroom in the main hall way. The spacious living room has new hardwood floors, brushed nickel ceiling fans and a new 50" 4k television. The living room opens to a den with large sectional recliner seating. We have a large office has a wood burning fireplace, a roll top desk for study time and a new 50" 4K Flat screen. The game room is 18x24 and comes with a new pool table, gas fireplace, bar and 50" flat screen. All utilities and yard care is included. There is a storage room, patio set and grill and a fenced back yard. The home has high speed internet and Direct TV. All new LED lighting and ceiling fans throughout the home. We are offering this home for up to 4 airmen on a month to month basis. We will accommodate your schedule and work with your housing allotment. This home is the perfect solution for your housing needs during your Holloman Training. This home is also available for Airbnb rentals on a nightly basis, but only when not rented to Holloman personnel. Summary: Very clean. Easy to get to. The mountains are beautiful and visible from the front porch. Close to most of the tourist attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Pool table was one of our favorite rooms in the house. Manager was easy to get ahold of. Had a minor glitch that was fixed fast and very easily. Would love to stay again someday.

Summary: The house was spacious, we had minor issues but the host Donald was quite to respond and resolve the issues. Neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this place.

Summary: Not sure if it was the hard water of the area or the lack of care, but everything was dirty. Everything in the kitchen had to be re-washed before use. Streaks of water marks on pots and pans were visible. For more than 10 years staying at various vacation rentals, we never had these issues, were surprised and disappointed. Management response to the issues we had, however, was timely. Going forward, please pay more attention to the upkeep.

Summary: The house has plenty of living space, between the living room, game room, bedrooms and kitchen/dining area. House was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient for our visits to White Sands NP and Lincoln National Forest. Also convenient to grocery stores, dining etc in town. Outside the small patio and sitting area was not too clean and one of the three chairs was broken. Did not receive the check-in information by check-in time, nor did I receive the check out instructions. In both instances I had to contact the Property Manager but then received a response. Also it is taking more than 2 weeks to receive the refundable deposit which seems longer than necessary.

Summary: This house was a great place to stay. The accommodations were perfect for families or friends to spread out and have some privacy.
